DGP Windsor is one of Asia's leading manufacturers of plastic processing machinery. The company began operations in Thane in 1964 in technical and financial collaboration with R.H. Windsor, U.K. After being part of KLOCKNER group, in 1994, it was taken over by DGP Group of Companies, headed by Mr. Dilip G. Piramal.
Today, DGP Windsor can boast forged strategic alliances the leaders like Sumitomo Heavy Industries Ltd. of Japan, Kuhne GmbH of Germany, and Wavin Rollepaal B.V. of The Netherlands.

Our product lines include:
Injection molding machines
DGP Windsor is the only Indian company to manufacture injection molding machines of up to 2000 tons. Our complete range includes world-class injection molding machines with electrical contactor, open loop controls to multi-microprocessor and closed loop controls.
Extrusion machines
Our extrusion machinery division at Vatva produces more than 25 product groups for specific customer needs. The extrusion range includes blown film plant, sheet plant, compounding lines, thermoforming, pipe plants, etc.
Blow molding machines
We manufacture blow molding machines of up to 30 litres capacity for HDPE and RPVC material. The foremost among the range is the widely appreciated and accepted DIGIBLO series with advanced proportional hydraulics & microprocessor based controls for better dimensional accuracy, consistency of molding and reduction in cycle time.

DGP Windsor runs three state-of-art production centers at Thane, Chhatral and Vatva with a superbuilt area of 22,000 sq.m., 34,800 sq.m. and 29,625 sq.m. respectively. The facilities at Vatva are certified ISO 9001 by KPMG, Peat Marwick of USA.
